There was a time when learning Kickboxing meant having to deal with wack music, red-and-blue everything, and camouflage (lots of camouflage)…
We happily deleted that nonsense.

Kickboxing is one of the most effective weight loss and management tools in existence. We’re often asked how much weight you can lose, or what it takes to start seeing a difference, etc. The best response we have is to look at someone who has been there. There is no way to continuously force yourself through these motions and not completely reshape your body.

Each session is about 45-50 minutes long and starts with a quick, simple warm u[. Afterwards, we’ll throw our gloves on and get to work. In Kickboxing, we focus on punches, knees, and kicks… saving elbows, the clinch, and defense for Thaiboxing. Here, our focus is the 800+ calories we’re about to shred and the fun we’ll have doing it.

These are fitness classes, utilizing the same strikes and combinations professionals use. You’ll have your own bag and there is zero expectation to know anything upon arrival. We mean that.
