We do things differently.

Devotion won’t be the gym for everyone. Nobody works smarter, develops more intelligent fighters, or sheds more excess weight than we do. Our goals are simple: Sweat, smile, and learn.

Our kickboxing fitness classes and mixed martial arts practice designs will feel completely different, even if you’ve tried combat sports and fitness previously. You won’t find some long list of do’s-and-don’ts here. What you will find is open-minded beginners, homegrown students ranging from novice to advanced, and a culture that makes it a fun place to be.

Fitness: Actual kickboxing, actual fitness;
50/50: Healthy mix of Fitness + Striking;
Striking: Stand-up fighting, close-range or at a distance;
Grappling: Submission fighting, strangulation and breaks;
Youth (Ages 8-13): Striking taught with objectives, tasks, and constraints;
Chaos Kids (Ages 4-7): Striking + Grappling, simple tasks and games.

Everyone grows, everyone changes. Everyone learns. That’s the point!

Fitness + fighting for every body.

    Often referred to as “Kickboxing for MMA”

Talk the talk,

This is, by far, the most fun you’ll have in a workout and the most your body will ever sweat. We guarantee it. If you have questions or simply need some encouragement, we’re happy to oblige. We’ll do whatever it takes to start off the right way.

& walk the walk.

We have Fitness, Striking, and Grappling for Adults 16+ and a Youth Thaiboxing option for those 8-12. Fitness is a blast with bangin’ playlists and hella sweat, while Striking slows things down to focus on the technique and realistic application of Thaiboxing & K-1. In Grappling, you’ll learn to use an attacker’s body against them in incredibly fun and engaging ways.

Ready to step outside your comfort zone and try something new? Let’s get it.

Simply put, we will:

Build and cultivate a community that’s centered around an active lifestyle, and to use mixed martial arts and physical fitness as our main tools in doing so;

Instill the acceptance that failure is part of life. Succeeding in spite of failure is where learning occurs;

Empower an ecosystem in which an individual’s established fitness and training goals are at the forefront of our collective development while minimizing the risk of injury at all costs.

VFAQ’s.

  • Great! The best part of what we do is introducing folks to this beautiful sport, incredibly effective method of self-defense, and unparalleled physical fitness routine… and we can only do that if it’s your first time!

    We know it can be nerve-wracking and intimidating. Kickboxing itself is structured to provide plenty of techniques to work on as a beginner. Every single effort imaginable is taken to ensure you know exactly where to be and what to do.

  • Our classes are the exact opposite: all of our currently-offered Kickboxing classes are no-contact sessions.

    Not everyone wants to fight or compete; in fact, less than 1% ever even care to try competing- and that’s totally fine. But, that doesn’t mean you can’t train like a fighter, and therefore, look and feel like a fighter.

  • Our classes take influence from Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, and American Kickboxing (Karate + Western Boxing).

    You’ll have your hands wrapped, rock professional boxing gloves, and learn real combinations on your own huge punching bag (which is handmade in Thailand).

    This is what happens when martial arts style and aggressive fitness goals collide in just the right way. Cardio-kickboxing isn’t a term we use.

    Kickboxing is the cardio, and through years of experience, we maintain the knowledge necessary to keep practitioners safe and ensure our space is clean to a post-pandemic standard.

    There are as many ways to teach this beautiful sport as there are reasons for wanting to learn it. We can’t wait to show you ours.
